Mexico Independence Skyscraper

Mexican firm DANHOS will build a skyscraper to celebrate Mexico´s independence from Spain. The building, which is estimated to cost $600 million US(8 billion in pesos) is scheduled to open in 2010 in time to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Mexico’s independence. Mass is shape by two pyramidal forms connected by opposite sides. In the level of converse there is located a glass sky lobby. Building is multifunctional – housing, offices, museum, gym etc.
